1. General Policy:
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except under the specific conditions detailed in this policy.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Missed Events: Tickets will not be refunded if you fail to attend the event, regardless of the reason.
- Change of Interest: If you decide not to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, no refund will be issued.
3. Refundable Circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase multiple tickets for the same event, we will refund the duplicate ticket(s). To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of the purchase.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If you suspect that your ticket purchase was made fraudulently, please report it to us at least 24 hours before the event date. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the ticket.
4. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling:
- Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
5. Transfer of Tickets:
- Tickets are generally non-transferable. However, if you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event. All transfers are subject to approval.
6. Refund Process:
- To request a refund under the eligible circumstances, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@cliqtix.com . Include your order number, event details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Event-Specific Policies:
- Some events may have unique refund policies. In such cases, the event-specific policy will be stated on the event page and will supersede this general policy.
8. Changes to This Policy:
- Cliqtix reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
By purchasing a ticket through Cliqtix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
