The Mulungushi International Conference Centre (MICC) is one of Zambia’s premier venues for conferences, summits, exhibitions, and high-level diplomatic events. Located on Great East Road in Lusaka, it holds significant historical and political importance in the country.

Constructed in 1970 by Yugoslav engineers in just 107 days, MICC was built to host the 3rd Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement. This event marked Zambia's emergence as a leader in global diplomacy. The name "Mulungushi" originates from the Mulungushi River, a site associated with Zambia’s independence movement, symbolizing unity and self-determination.
